How fast can the hoverboard self-balancing scooter go?
Depending on terrain, the hoverboard can go as fast as 12 miles per hour.
What is the weight limit?
The hoverboard is recommended for riders with a maximum weight between 220 and 260 pounds.
What is the minimum age?
Our hoverboards are considered one of the safest scooters on the market, however the minimum rider age we recommend is 13 years old and dhildren between the ages of 13 and 15 should be supervised by an adult.
What type of batteries does it use?
Every hoverboard we sell, ONLY uses 100% Authentic Samsung Lithium-Ion batteries. Unlike many of our competitors, we DO NOT use the knock-off chineese batteries that have been known to catch fire.
Our Samsung batteries last up to 2X longer than the knock-off chinese batteries.
Chinese batteries have 4,000 mAh x 10 cells and last approximately 300 cycles. The Samsung batteries however, have 4,400 mAh x 10 cells, resulting in 44,000 mAh in total vs 40,000 mAh.
Our Samsung batteries climb steeper inclines
In addition to Samsung batteries lasting longer, they also have more power. More power means that you can take your hoverboard up steeper inclines than with the cheap common Chinese battery.
How long does the battery last?
The hoverboard's battery will lasts about 5 to 6 hours or approx. 9-12 miles on a single charge. The duration of the battery is directly dependent upon the weight of the rider and conditions being ridden.
How long does it take to charge?
The hoverboard's battery takes between 60 and 90 minutes to fully charge. We also recommend unplugging it after 3 hours to maintain battery life.
Is it legal to ride?
In most cases, yes. However you will need to check with your local authorities and statutes to ensure the legality of riding a hoverboard in your local area.
How hard is learning to ride a hoverboard?
It's actually very intuitive, so once you relax and become accustomed to the feeling, you can expect to be proficient within 20-30 minutes.
What happens if the hoverboard gets wet?
Don't worry, our hoverboards are designed to be safe from dust, wind, and splashing water, as each schooter has an IP code rating of IP54. Although it is advised to keep from riding them at sandy places such as the beach, and also away from puddles.

Besides the logo on the box, there is really nothing different other than the price!
